HeyFi Generational Wealth Advocates ("HeyFi," "we," "us") operates heyfi.io. This page explains what happens to information you give us through the site.
What we collect
The consultation form on the homepage asks for your name, email, phone number, and an optional note about what prompted you to reach out. We don't collect anything else through the site. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising scripts.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your information is sent to a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and an email notification goes to Joe. Before that happens, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is from a person, not a bot. That check doesn't identify you, and it doesn't create an account.
We use these services to run the site and handle your request:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check on the form.
- Google Workspace stores the leads Sheet, sends the notification email, and runs the appointment booking calendar.
- Stripe processes payment if you purchase the Wealth Diagnostic.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
What happens to it
If we don't end up working together, your information stays in the leads Sheet, marked accordingly, until you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, the information a working relationship generates, family details, assessment results, session notes, moves to a separate system built for that purpose and is handled under the engagement terms we agree to directly, not this page.
Your choices
Email CONTACT_EMAIL to see what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for business owners and their families acting on their own behalf. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and the consultation form isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
