What this site is

heyfi.io is informational. It describes HeyFi Generational Wealth Advocates' family governance work and lets you request a consultation or purchase the Wealth Diagnostic. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice, and using the site doesn't create an advisory or client relationship. That only happens through a separate, signed engagement.

No login, no account

This site doesn't require or offer an account. The consultation form and the Diagnostic checkout are the only ways to submit information here.

The Family Constitution

Any Family Constitution or similar document produced through HeyFi's work is a living, non-binding document intended to record a family's own decisions. It isn't a legal instrument, a will, a trust, or a substitute for one.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, text, design, and the HeyFi name and marks, belongs to HeyFi Generational Wealth Advocates. You're welcome to link to it. Reproducing it elsewhere requires our permission.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HeyFi isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site.
